How to Redeem Codes in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ)

1. Open Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) on your device.
2. Increase your Inter-Knot level to 5.
3. Open the Escape menu and click on More in the bottom left.
4. Click on Redemption Code.
5. Type your code into the input field.
6. Press Redeem to claim the code.
7. Click on More once again and then open your Mail.
8. Press Claim All in the bottom left to get all the loot.

What if my ZZZ Code Isn’t Working?

Even though you unlock code redemption at level 1 in Zenless Zone Zero, most codes still require you to be Inter-Knot level 5 to claim them. Also, there are codes that, once claimed, will disable another code. For example, if you redeem ZZZTVCM, it’ll count as if you claimed ZZZ2024 as well, and vice versa.

Lastly, if you are typing the codes out instead of copy-pasting them, there is a chance that you’ve made a spelling mistake. So, it’s always good to double-check your spelling and try redeeming the code again, just to be sure.
